Château Constantin
Located near Lourmarin, Château Constantin is a family estate surrounded by vineyards, forests and olive groves, in the heart of the Luberon.
The vineyard extends over twenty hectares and is farmed organically. The vines are planted on a variety of soils, including red clay, clay-limestone and rolled pebbles, which influence the structure and balance of the wines.
The estate offers a variety of on-site activities, including tastings, vineyard tours, walks and picnics. These experiences allow you to discover the site and its wines at your own pace.
Anne-Marie, Daniel and their two daughters, Camille and Mathilde, discovered Château Constantin in 2016. Originally from Marseille, they came from a family of fruit growers and decided to make a new life for themselves in Provence.
Upon their arrival, the family embarked on a vineyard rehabilitation program to restructure the plots and improve production quality. Their aim is to enhance the value of the estate while developing wines in keeping with the characteristics of the terroir.
Convinced by the principles of environmentally-friendly agriculture, they set about converting the estate to organic farming. The first certified organic grapes were harvested in 2020.
This transition marks a new stage for the estate, driven by a family project centered on viticulture and working the land.
