Located in La Londe-les-Maures, this family-run winery is set in the heart of a Mediterranean terroir that benefits from plenty of sunshine and a maritime influence favorable to vine-growing.
The vineyard is planted with emblematic grape varieties such as grenache, syrah, mourvèdre, rolle and cinsault, blended to produce rosé, white and red wines expressing the character of the Var terroir.
The estate also offers a complete wine tourism experience, with tours of the vineyard and winery, tastings of the cuvées and the possibility of buying on site or online.
The whole experience is based on a continuity of know-how and an approach focused on the quality and identity of the wines.
Blending grape varieties is an essential step in the winemaking process, requiring precision and a sense of balance. In this vineyard, Provencal grape varieties are selected for their complementarity. Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan bring structure and intensity to red and rosé wines, while Rolle brings freshness and aromatic expression to white wines. Cinsault completes the picture with its finesse and balance. These different profiles are carefully blended to produce coherent wines that express both the terroir and the style of the domaine.
The domaine's wine ranges are organized around several lines, each corresponding to a specific style and use.
The Essentielle range offers accessible, well-balanced wines for regular consumption. The Signature range develops more expressive profiles, adapted to moments of conviviality.
The Parcellaire range highlights cuvées from precise selections, with a more pronounced expression of terroir. The Inédite range reflects a more creative approach, with different profiles.
A range of IGP wines completes the ensemble, with a more direct style.
The range covers different levels, while retaining the coherence of the estate and its identity.
