Domaine la Rouillère

Located in the heart of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, this estate extends over some 230 hectares, between the communes of Gassin and Ramatuelle.
Created in 1900, it takes its name from the river that runs through the property.
The vineyard is set in a typical Var coastal environment, between hills and sea, in an area marked by a long tradition of winegrowing.
Domaine La Rouillère's 1,700 m² winery combines contemporary architecture and technical equipment.
It features numerous stainless steel tanks for precise vinification, as well as a barrel cellar dedicated to maturing the wines.
The entire facility is designed to produce AOC Côtes de Provence wines, with a focus on quality and consistency.
Erected at the heart of the estate, the 1,700 m² wine-making cellar combines Provencal architecture and technical equipment.
It features temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats and a barrel cellar for ageing the different cuvées.
Vinification is carried out with precise temperature control, from harvest to storage, to preserve the quality of the grapes and the purity of the wines.
The whole reflects a structured know-how, in keeping with the continuity of the estate.
