Château d'Estoublon
Situated in the heart of the Alpilles, this historic estate covers 300 hectares and combines viticulture and olive growing.
The farm is organized around agricultural cycles, from olive harvest to grape harvest, in a typically Provencal environment.
The estate also offers a complementary restaurant and private spaces, integrated into the whole.
The whole is based on family continuity and a structured approach, focused on enhancing the value of the terroir and its produce.
The estate is committed to sustainable development, with practices designed to limit environmental impact.
Vine cultivation is based on natural methods, with no recourse to insecticides, and the use of organic fertilizers to maintain soil fertility.
Grass cover and eco-pasturing contribute to the balance and upkeep of the land, while promoting biodiversity.
All these actions aim to preserve ecosystems and maintain a sustainable environment.
The estate is developing a conservatory dedicated to olive trees, bringing together over 40 varieties from the Mediterranean basin.
This project aims to preserve and enhance plant diversity, by observing the adaptation of each variety to the local terroir.
The whole project is part of an approach to passing on and learning about agricultural heritage, in direct contact with the estate's environment.
