Domaine De Mas Caron
Mont Ventoux > Caromb
The vineyard covers eleven hectares, planted with the main grape varieties of the Ventoux appellation.
The reds are made from Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, while the whites combine Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Viognier. Rosés are made by direct pressing, notably from Cinsault and Carignan. The domaine also grows a hybrid grape variety, caladoc.
The parcels range in age from century-old vines to more recent plantings, bringing both concentration and freshness to the wines.
The estate offers a wide range of wine tourism activities, enabling visitors to discover Ventoux wines through a variety of experiences.
Visitors can visit the cellar and barrel cellar, take part in educational walks through the vines, or enjoy tastings, sometimes accompanied by food and wine pairings.
Occasional events are also organized throughout the year, as well as open days, offering a complete immersion in the world of the estate and its cuvées.
