The plots benefit from an environment protected from the mistral, favoring a certain freshness and balanced ripening of the grapes.
Some plots, situated in a dominant position, offer unobstructed views of Sainte-Victoire and the surrounding landscape, in a typically Provencal setting.
Each plot is vinified separately to preserve its individual characteristics, then blended according to vintage, aromatic profile and desired structure.
This approach makes it possible to adapt the winemaking choices to the conditions of the year, based on a precise knowledge of the soils, climate and behavior of the vines.
The overall aim is to give coherent expression to the diversity and richness of the terroir through the wines.
