Séjour fantastique A fantastic stay

Notre séjour en famille a été fantastique ! Les vues étaient incroyables et le logement parfait. La propriété était bien entretenue et propre, la piscine rafraîchissante. Je vous recommande vivement de séjourner ici.

Our family vacation at Villa du Rocher was fantastic! The views were incredible and the accommodations were perfect. The property was well-maintained and clean, and the pool was refreshing. I highly recommend staying here.

Excellent

We rented a beautiful home and the entire process was excellent

Fabulous time

We had an absolutely fabulous time! What a wonderful house and surroundings! 100% perfect! Thanks also for the bar! We’ll be back!

Amazing house and wonderful stay. Perfect!

Great communication leading up to our stay. Lots of help and support to add additional things to our stay such as private chef, extra cleaning, laundry services etc. The house was incredible! So beautiful. The setting and the house was just amazing. The owner of the property Yann was great. Really friendly and helpful. If you had any questions or queries about the house he was on hand to assist at anytime. The house was so clean. All bedding immaculate etc. The pool was also really clean and cleaned daily. The pool setting is so beautiful. The grounds are perfectly manicured and the house is also maintained and kept so beautifully.

It was an excellent stay.

Everything went very convenient and everyone was very friendly. Although the booking was shortsighted the service was superb. The house was gorgeous and the owner very lovely. We had a wonderful holiday time.

A wonderful holiday

A beautiful property and fantastic hosts. A superb week overall which we thoroughly recommend.

Great property and amazing service

Beautiful property which actually looked better in the flesh than in the photos and had had quite a few upgrades since the photos were taken. Great service from the team too with clear instructions and prompt reaction times.

Highly recommended

Amazing staff and service - concierge service great - we even popped into the office to ask advise on best rotatory chicken! Good well equipped villa. Would use again and would happily recommend

Helpful, responsive and professional

We found Provence Holidays to be very helpful, responsive and professional. Re finding a property, to booking and receiving the information pack, we had no problems at all. This is the first time we used them and would recommend them and use them again for future holidays.

Exceptional service

From booking through to leaving the property at the end of the holiday the communication with the team is exceptional

Another great experience

I am a return customer and had another great experience. I love the choice of amazing villas. We had a Wonderful villa in Mausanne des Alpilles. There was a miscommunication with the local team on the cleaning that was resolved quickly.

Wonderful villa and lovely owner. Thank you.

The villa is wonderful - calm interior with lots of space to relax, a lovely pool and garden, and perfectly located in one of France's most beautiful regions. It's perfectly equipped for a family, and the air con works really well both day and night. We all had a fantastic time, with lots of days out and lots of days in just chilling, swimming and eating great food. Thank you so much to the lovely hosts for their help and hospitality. And thanks to Provence Holidays for the great communication and information.

Summer trip 2024

We had a fabulous trip and stay in Provence. It was a first for our family but the staff at Provence Holidays was wonderful and the property was stunning. We enjoyed the local markets, wineries and had the opportunity to relax at the villa. We hope to return in the future and explore more that the Provence/Luberon region has to offer.

het was de derde keer dat we daar met de familie logeerden it was the third time we stayed there with the family

het was de derde keer dat we daar met de familie logeerden, en hopelijk niet de laatste keer dus.... wat kan je meer zeggen

it was the third time we stayed there with the family, and hopefully not the last time so.... what more can you say

A reliable and well reachable company

One gets quick answers, competent and friendly personal. Very user friendly homepage. Good and clear conditions.

Great company to book with

The booking experience was easy from start to finish. Your agents, with whom I spoke on the phone and over email before and after booking, were helpful and pleasant. The concierge contact we had during our stay, from picking up the keys to departure, was extremely helpful. Such a reassurance to have a local contact who we could message at any time. The villa was stayed in was beautiful, well set up and had amazing views. We could walk into town and the pool was fabulous. The interior was cool and really beautifully done. It had everything we needed. Thank you.

Superb

Booking and pre arrival process was seamless. When I had a query it was responded to promptly. The house we rented was perfect and exactly as described. We had an amazing family holiday and I will definitely come back to Provence Holidays and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others! Thank you so much!
