Amazing house and wonderful stay. Perfect!

Great communication leading up to our stay. Lots of help and support to add additional things to our stay such as private chef, extra cleaning, laundry services etc. The house was incredible! So beautiful. The setting and the house was just amazing. The owner of the property Yann was great. Really friendly and helpful. If you had any questions or queries about the house he was on hand to assist at anytime. The house was so clean. All bedding immaculate etc. The pool was also really clean and cleaned daily. The pool setting is so beautiful. The grounds are perfectly manicured and the house is also maintained and kept so beautifully.

Everything went very convenient and everyone was very friendly. Although the booking was shortsighted the service was superb. The house was gorgeous and the owner very lovely. We had a wonderful holiday time.

Great property and amazing service

Beautiful property which actually looked better in the flesh than in the photos and had had quite a few upgrades since the photos were taken. Great service from the team too with clear instructions and prompt reaction times.

We found Provence Holidays to be very helpful, responsive and professional. Re finding a property, to booking and receiving the information pack, we had no problems at all. This is the first time we used them and would recommend them and use them again for future holidays.

I am a return customer and had another great experience. I love the choice of amazing villas. We had a Wonderful villa in Mausanne des Alpilles. There was a miscommunication with the local team on the cleaning that was resolved quickly.

The villa is wonderful - calm interior with lots of space to relax, a lovely pool and garden, and perfectly located in one of France's most beautiful regions. It's perfectly equipped for a family, and the air con works really well both day and night. We all had a fantastic time, with lots of days out and lots of days in just chilling, swimming and eating great food. Thank you so much to the lovely hosts for their help and hospitality. And thanks to Provence Holidays for the great communication and information.

Summer trip 2024

We had a fabulous trip and stay in Provence. It was a first for our family but the staff at Provence Holidays was wonderful and the property was stunning. We enjoyed the local markets, wineries and had the opportunity to relax at the villa. We hope to return in the future and explore more that the Provence/Luberon region has to offer.

The booking experience was easy from start to finish. Your agents, with whom I spoke on the phone and over email before and after booking, were helpful and pleasant. The concierge contact we had during our stay, from picking up the keys to departure, was extremely helpful. Such a reassurance to have a local contact who we could message at any time. The villa was stayed in was beautiful, well set up and had amazing views. We could walk into town and the pool was fabulous. The interior was cool and really beautifully done. It had everything we needed. Thank you.

Exceptional stay in an exceptional villa!!! Very accommodating and available owners. The air conditioning in all rooms of the house is extremely comfortable. Everything is new and beautiful. The kitchen lacks nothing (dishes, utensils, etc.) The outdoor kitchen is a real joy! Everything is extremely well thought out in this villa: it is pretty, pragmatic, efficient and comfortable. Nothing to say, we were won over. Superb family vacation that we will repeat!! We recommend with your eyes closed.
