A stone's throw from Uzès, Montaren-et-Saint-Médiers is the result of two municipalities, Montaren and Saint-Médiers, which merged in 1815. A village where life is good and which has preserved vestiges of the past. For lovers of calm, light and scrubland.

To the north and west, you can climb the Carcarie, a hill overlooking the village, which offers a fitness trail laid out under the pines. The promenade offers breathtaking views.
