What makes this village special?

It is thanks to the railway, in the first half of the XXth century, that this small town became a famous seaside resort, very popular with Marseillais. She has had distinguished guests like Fernandel and jazz singer Nina Simone. Overlooked by the century-old Eaux-Salées viaduct, the cove of the same name is worth a detour. This wild cove, accessible after a little walking, and located in a pine forest, offers a magnificent panorama of the sea, Marseille and its islands. Do not miss the market, Tuesday and Friday morning. The city is also famous for its sea urchins in February. Many activities are offered in summer: boogie-woogie, jazz and tango festivals attract visitors from all over the world. As for art and culture lovers, they will visit the Pavillon des Arts, which presents an exceptional selection of works by contemporary artists.
