In the heart of the hilltop village of Ventabren, this restaurant offers a contemporary setting with an unobstructed view of the Etang de Berre and the Arc valley. The dining room, fitted out with contemporary furniture and mirrors, offers a bright, structured space. In the kitchen, chef Dan Bessoudo develops a creative approach built around carefully selected local produce. Dishes feature contrasting combinations, with a focus on freshness and balanced flavors.

The restaurant has been designed as a true space of expression, the fruit of collaboration with architect Olivier Fremont. The layout is based on a global reflection on the restaurant experience, where architecture and cuisine interact.

Housed in a stone building overlooking the valley, the space is organized around an overhanging terrace and a modular glass courtyard. Large sliding panels allow the space to be opened or closed according to the season, offering continuity between inside and outside.

The overall look is structured and contemporary, designed to accompany both the visual aspect of the plates and the flow of the meal.
