Department in the South of France: Var

Between land and sea, at the gateway to the Alpes de Haute Provence and the Côte d'Azur, the Var is the second most touristic department in France as well as one of the greenest.
The diversity of its landscapes and its reliefs make it a particularly attractive and magical destination.

On the coast, we find the most beautiful sites on the coast, with large sandy beaches, and a seabed of exceptional quality and beauty. Apart from the unmissable villages of Saint Tropez and Ramatuelle, the Var has other villages of character to visit worth making a detour: Bormes-les-Mimosas, Porquerolles…. On the land side, the Massif des Maures is a privileged nature destination, due to its immensity and its play of light. You can also cross the roads between the vineyards to do a little wine tourism and thus discover local products cultivated more and more in an ecological way. Gems of nature, wonders of historical heritage, animal or leisure parks, the Var region offers many activities to have fun with family or friends. It is easy to soak up the art of living in Provence accompanied by the mild Mediterranean climate and exceptional annual sunshine.

Saint-Tropez

The ultimate dream destination! Between Hyères and Sainte-Maxime, here is the village and its adorable port which have contributed to the reputation of the Côte d'Azur. Having become the preferred vacation spot for Parisian artists and intellectuals in the 1950s, “Saint-Trop” gradually conquered the international jet-set. A place from which emanates a crazy charm!

Hyères

Between Toulon and Le Lavandou, this lively seaside resort is the southernmost town in Provence, and one of the largest and largest in France. "Hyères-les-Palmiers", as it is nicknamed, offers an incredible diversity of landscapes among the most beautiful, and is best known for its beaches and islands.

Bandol

Between Marseille and Toulon, this pleasant town is the oldest seaside resort on the coast. It has become a popular resort for water sports enthusiasts. It has one of the first vineyards to have obtained a controlled designation of origin (AOC) in 1941. The reputation of Bandol wines is worldwide.

Grimaud

On the edge of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, Grimaud is a charming village that has managed to preserve its medieval character. Perched on a hillside, it offers landscapes of rare beauty. A stone's throw away, Port-Grimaud is worth the detour.
