Indoor-Outdoor Space: large bay windows connect the stylish interior to the large terrace, effortlessly bringing the outstanding scenery into your living room.
Things to note
Pool Safety: the swimming pool is secured by an alarm, but small children should be supervised when in its vicinity.
Bedroom 4: the fourth bedroom is quite narrow, with very little room to the side of the bed.

The beautiful terrace, with its exceptional panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea, features a luxurious Jacuzzi and a heated swimming pool to ensure peace of mind during your luxury holiday. After going paddleboarding on your doorstep, you can cook a delicious meal on the gas barbecue and dine with your loved ones.
Pool
Surrounded by a refined terrace with panoramic sea views, this stunning 10m x 3m heated pool is the ideal place to relax on a hot summer's day in the south of France. With two underwater exercise bikes, you can stay cool and work out as you watch the sun set over the Mediterranean.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 April to 1 December: €350 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
This contemporary 140m2 villa has been tastefully renovated with a modern, minimalist aesthetic and air conditioning throughout. The spacious living areas offer many bay windows which open onto the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the sunshine and breathtaking sea views all day long. Past the modern kitchen with dining area, you will find four double bedrooms all complete with dressing rooms and ensuite bathrooms. With a shaded terrace to the north of the property, you can enjoy your meals outside even on the hottest of summer days.
