After two years of meticulous restoration by local craftsmen, in which every original decorative element was preserved and complemented by antique materials, it now offers an exceptional living environment with its vaulted rooms on the ground floor, its charming inner courtyard and its unspoilt French garden.
A timeless setting right on the edge of the Gorges du Gardon nature reserve, ideal for lovers of old stones, nature and peace and quiet, just a few minutes from Uzès & Nîmes and close to beautiful Provencal villages.
Please note: Service staff stay on site on the 2nd floor.
These service rooms can be made available on request:
- A room with a single bed (for nannies, for example).
- A room with a double bed (for the chef when she is booked by the customer or other).
- A shared bathroom.
Exterior
Outside, the property opens onto a 3,500 m² landscaped garden, laid out in terraces and extended by a formal garden.
The spacious main kitchen, with its large table seating 12, is fully equipped with 2 ovens, ice maker, slicer, juice extractor, food processors, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, plancha, steam cooker, 2 dishwashers and much more. An outdoor electric barbecue completes the picture.
A large outdoor table, set in the shade and seating up to twelve guests, offers the opportunity to enjoy meals al fresco. A Devialet Bluetooth speaker is also available to enjoy your music in the living areas.
Finally, a secure private parking lot, located below the formal garden, is accessible via a gate and has an electric vehicle socket.
Pool
A 13 x 3.5-metre pool (1.40 m deep) invites you to take a dip: unheated and salt-treated, it features a submerged deck and an electric safety curtain for added safety. Around it, six sunbeds, six reading armchairs with footrests and a hammock are at your disposal to make the most of the sun's calm.
Interior
With its 600 m² of living space, this exceptional house offers all the comfort and space you need for an unforgettable stay in Provence. It features six large suites, all air-conditioned (the living rooms are not ), with private bathrooms, double exposure and no facing walls, guaranteeing privacy and tranquility for everyone.
On the first floor, two bedrooms have direct access to the inner courtyard and French garden, ideal for enjoying the outdoors from the moment you wake up. Upstairs, you'll find four further bedrooms, including a master bedroom in the heart of the house, offering generous volumes and top-of-the-range comfort.
On the second floor, there are two additional service rooms, where staff are accommodated. One of these can be reserved for a private chef, available on request, so you can enjoy a relaxing stay (optional service, at extra cost).
