Chef Francesco, originally from Milan and long established in France, presents a style he describes as street gastronomy, combining Latin, Middle Eastern and Asian influences. Guests can dine indoors in the compact dining room or outside along the pedestrian street. The menu features bold, spice-led dishes such as cod with smoked garlic cream, cockles and chorizo, or beef served as both consommé and carpaccio with noodles and fresh herbs. Canova restaurant Toulon - Étonnante cuisine, surprenant lieu. A peu près tous les codes de la branchitude où le bobo-gogo choit pour s’esbaudir la rondelle en boulottant des sushis au poil d’artichaut. Sauf que chers camarades, la cuisine est originale et tonique, ne fait simplement pas comme les autres, ça tombe bien, elles sont déjà trop nombreuses à fourguer les mêmes banalités. Une cuisine des ailleurs, raccourci facile pour causer de l’Asie, de l’Afrique et des Amériques.
