What we like
Style : Modern house entirely renovated with quality materials, combining contemporary comfort with a relaxing atmosphere. Each bedroom is an air-conditioned suite with television, offering an intimate space for all guests. The cozy living room features a wood-burning stove, and the villa is equipped with a modern kitchen, wine cellar, sauna and fitness area with exercise bike and treadmill next to the pool house.
Location: Just a few minutes from the center of Gordes, one of the Luberon's most emblematic villages, renowned for its cobbled streets, restaurants, markets and historic château. The Luberon region offers enchanting landscapes between lavender fields, vineyards and olive groves, ideal for lovers of nature and Provencal culture.
Facilities : Enjoy a 10x5 m pool secured by an electric shutter and treated with salt, surrounded by deckchairs for the whole family. The pool house is equipped with a dishwasher, sink and gas plancha. Leisure facilities for all: pétanque court, pickleball court (where you can also play soccer), ping-pong table, sauna and fitness area. The property also features a carport and electric car charging station.
Things to note
Pool security: the pool is secured by an electric shutter, but we recommend that young children be supervised at all times.
Family facilities and comfort: all bedrooms are en suite and air-conditioned, the house is fully equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Exterior
This magnificent villa in Gordes features a pool house equipped with sink, dishwasher and gas plancha for convivial outdoor meals. Sports and leisure enthusiasts will enjoy a pétanque court, a pickleball court (with the possibility of playing soccer) and a ping-pong table. Parking includes a carport and an electric car charging station. The spacious garden is furnished with numerous deckchairs, ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun with family and friends.
Pool
The 10x5 m pool, secured by an electric shutter and treated with salt, is surrounded by deckchairs and relaxation areas, ideal for relaxing and taking full advantage of the Provencal climate.
Pool heating availability and pricing
Pool heating is available throughout the entire rental period, €300 /week.
Interior
The villa combines modernity and comfort. The bright living room features a wood-burning stove and a warm atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is complemented by a wine cellar. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and TV. Air conditioning in all rooms for optimum comfort. The villa also features a washing machine, tumble dryer, sauna, exercise bike and treadmill located next to the pool house, as well as a separate toilet for added convenience.
