What We Like
Natural Light: Bathed in light thanks to its large picture windows, this single-story home opens generously onto the pool area.
Single-Story Layout: All rooms are located on the ground floor, and every bedroom offers direct access to the garden through its French doors.
Pool: The pool, featuring a shallow end ideal for children, is perfectly situated between the main house and the pool house, surrounded by a beautiful, tree-lined garden that creates an idyllic setting.

Pool Safety: The pool is secured by an electric cover, but young children must be supervised when near the pool.
Accessibility: The property is entirely on one level.

The landscaped garden has been carefully designed to allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors. Several terraces offer different spaces for sharing meals, relaxing in the sun, or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.

Located near the pool, the pool house features a fully equipped summer kitchen with a kitchenette and a plancha grill, ideal for preparing and sharing meals outdoors.

The property features a superb 15 × 4-meter heated pool, ideally located between the main house and the summer kitchen.
Fully fenced for added safety, it also features a pool deck specially designed for children. Its central location and generous size make it the perfect place to gather and enjoy the long, sunny days of Provence.

Interior
This elegant ,air-conditioned, single-story villa offers a harmonious balance between comfort, sophistication, and the Provençal way of life. Bright and spacious, the interior spaces feature large floor-to-ceiling windows that naturally extend the living areas into the landscaped gardens.
The main living area has been designed for relaxation and socializing. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with an AGA stove, as well as a spacious living room with direct access to the pool area.
A mezzanine-level office and TV room provides an ideal additional space for working or relaxing. However, due to its layout, this area is not suitable for young children without supervision.
Bedrooms
The villa features 5 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and direct access to the garden through French doors.
Four bedrooms are located in the main house, allowing their occupants to easily enjoy the living areas and the garden.
The fifth bedroom is located in a private annex near the pool. This layout offers greater independence and privacy, making it ideal for hosting family or guests.
