Villa Alta Provence is an exceptional property located in Gordes, in the heart of the Luberon. Its 3,000 m² grounds offer breathtaking views of the village of Gordes from its dominant position. Outdoor spaces include a 16 x 4-meter heated swimming pool, a gas barbecue, five deckchairs, an outdoor lounge, twelve chairs, a parasol and two tables.

The 16 x 4-meter heated pool, with a depth of 1.6 meters, is ideal for relaxing while enjoying the view over Gordes. Pool heating is available at an additional cost of €180 per week.

This 350 m² villa combines Provencal charm and modern comfort. The first floor features an equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, an open-plan office and direct access to the outside. The first bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm electric bed, TV, bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, two air-conditioned bedrooms with 200 x 200 cm beds, TV, bathroom or shower room and toilet. An annex offers a fourth bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm sofa bed, TV, bathroom and toilet.
