What we like
- Prime location in the village of Roussillon: renowned for its ochre cliffs and picturesque streets. Enjoy access to local markets, fine dining, art galleries, and scenic hiking trails. The property is also a short drive from other charming villages of the Luberon, such as Gordes and Bonnieux, offering a rich variety of cultural experiences and activities.

The interior features a blend of classic Provençal charm and modern amenities, with a spacious kitchen and living area opening directly onto the terraces, as well as five well-appointed bedrooms, including a versatile ground floor layout and an upstairs bedroom perfect for children.
Things to note
Pool Safety: the swimming pool is secured by an electric cover, but small children should be supervised when in its vicinity.
Exterior
This villa offers a range of inviting outdoor spaces. The south terrace, with a private pool, overlooks the village of Roussillon with a stunning panoramic view. The eastern terrace provides ample room for dining or relaxing outdoors, while the north terrace is ideal for a cool, morning breakfast. Surrounded by pine trees and the sound of birds, this property embodies the peaceful charm of the French countryside.
Pool
The pool area features a heated ten-by-four-metre pool, set on a terrace with comfortable sun loungers and parasols for shade. Enjoy a refreshing swim or relax by the water while taking in the panoramic view.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 May to 15 October: €150 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
The villa’s interior blends charming Provençal style with modern comforts. The kitchen and living room overlook and open directly onto several terraces, inviting seamless indoor-outdoor living. Four of the bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, with two connected for added flexibility. Upstairs, there is an additional bedroom, perfect for children.
