Exterior
Located in the heart of 10,000 m² of countryside overlooking an oak forest, this villa features a one-hectare, fully fenced, and beautifully landscaped grounds. Enjoy a private pool with a pool house equipped with a refrigerator, an ice maker, and an outdoor shower, as well as a bar, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and a shaded dining area. The 9 x 18 m multi-sport court is perfect for tennis, volleyball, basketball, soccer, badminton, and more, while a full-size pétanque court, lit at night, is the ideal spot to unwind in the evening. After dark, the carefully designed lighting of the grounds and the facade enhances the property’s beauty and creates a warm and elegant atmosphere.
Pool
The 12 x 6 m heated pool is the centerpiece of the outdoor area, offering a refreshing break with a view of the oak forest. Next to the pool, the pool house features a spacious, shaded lounge area with a bar and restroom—ideal for relaxing out of the sun. Comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas are arranged to provide relaxation and shade throughout the day.

Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
This traditional 300 m² farmhousehas been beautifully renovated and is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. The ground floor features a spacious open-concept kitchen and living area, as well as one bedroom. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, one of which has its own private terrace with a magnificent view of Gordes and Roussillon. The televisions are Smart TV-compatible. The property also features a beer- , ideal for enjoying refreshing moments with friends and family.
A fully equipped laundry room rounds out the property’s amenities, featuring a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, sink, and plenty of shelving that provides convenient storage space.
The annex, which has 3 bedrooms, may not be included in the rental, except in July and August.
