Exterior
Set in 10,000 m² of countryside overlooking an oak forest, this villa boasts one hectare of fully fenced, beautifully wooded grounds. Enjoy a private swimming pool with a pool house featuring a refrigerator, ice maker and outdoor shower, as well as a bar and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and shaded dining area. The 9 x 18 m multisport court is ideal for tennis, basketball, soccer, badminton and more, while a real pétanque court, lit up at night, is the ideal place to relax in the evening.
Pool
The 12 x 6 m heated pool is the centerpiece of the outdoor area, offering a refreshing break with views of the oak forest. Next to the pool, the pool house features a spacious, shaded lounge with a bar, ideal for relaxing away from the sun. Comfortable sun loungers and parasols are arranged to provide relaxation and shade throughout the day.

Interior
This traditional 300 m² farmhouse has been beautifully renovated and is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. The first floor features a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, plus a bedroom for added convenience. Upstairs, you'll find 2 additional bedrooms, including one with its own private terrace. The first floor also houses 3 further bedrooms, ensuring ample space for family and guests.
