This authentic residence is not air-conditioned, an ecological choice justified by the building's traditional design, which ensures a pleasant temperature even in summer.
Pool security: The pool is secured by an electric shutter, but children must be supervised nearby.
The house is located in the countryside. Access to the house is via a dirt track (approx. 200 m) and is not recommended for very low-slung cars such as sports cars.

The 5,000 m² landscaped, fully enclosed garden offers a variety of relaxation areas: shaded terraces, comfortable outdoor lounges and a pétanque court for convivial moments. The peaceful, verdant setting ensures total immersion in the beauty of Provence.
Pool
The private swimming pool, perfectly integrated into the natural environment, is a true haven of freshness. Its vast 16 x 4-meter pool is lined with 8 deckchairs and a lounge area, providing an idyllic setting for relaxing in complete tranquillity.
Interior
This exceptional residence combines authentic charm and modern comfort. Decorated with refinement, it is equipped with top-of-the-range furnishings and quality fittings. The absence of air conditioning is offset by the thick stone walls, ensuring natural coolness even in the height of summer.
In the main house, the garden level features an elegant dining room, a functional kitchen and an office area. Four comfortable bedrooms are spread across the upper floors, including a sumptuous master suite under the roof. The guest house, with its light-filled living room and two bedrooms, offers an independent space ideal for welcoming family and friends.
