The property comprises a main house adjoining a duplex house, offering independent entrances while allowing direct access between the two. The property comprises 10 rooms, including 7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 shower rooms and 6 WCs, as well as 2 living and dining rooms, an office area and 2 kitchens.
On the first floor of the main house, you'll discover a vaulted double living room with a dining area in front of a magnificent monumental fireplace and former bread oven, as well as a TV lounge, a kitchen with dining area, an office and a double bedroom.
Upstairs, three double bedrooms and a triple room offer optimal comfort.
The adjoining guest house, with separate entrance, offers a convivial living room with TV and open kitchen, accompanied by two double bedrooms.
