The house features a small garden on the ground floor, ideal for quiet moments outdoors, with a surface terrain of 50 m². The middle floor includes a charming terrace of 40 m², perfect for enjoying the views or a quiet drink. The top floor opens onto a spacious terrace of 40 m², along with a swimming pool surrounded by olive trees. The property offers comfortable outdoor seating areas on both terraces, inviting you to enjoy the Provençal climate in a relaxed setting.
Pool
The pool, measuring 7 x 2,5 metres, provides a refreshing escape on warm days. Positioned on the top-floor terrace, it is surrounded by views of the Luberon countryside.
The pool is secured by a safety gate, but children must be supervised nearby.

Pool heating is available throughout the entire rental period, €300 /week.
Interior
Spread over three levels, the house offers well-designed spaces for comfort and privacy. The ground floor includes one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while the first (middle) floor has two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. The second-floor bedrooms share a toilet. The third floor is an open-plan space with a living room, a dining corner, and a kitchen centred around a practical island, perfect for shared meals and conversations.
