What we like
Style : Traditional dry-stone villa with bories, combining authentic Provencal charm with modern comforts, including air-conditioning in all bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchen and bright living spaces.
Location: Less than 5 minutes from the center of Gordes, one of the Luberon's most emblematic villages, renowned for its cobbled streets, castle and colorful markets. The Luberon offers enchanting landscapes, from lavender fields to olive groves, perfect for nature and culture lovers.
Facilities : Enjoy 10,000 m² of landscaped grounds, a 9x5 m heated swimming pool with beach and safety shutter, several sets of garden furniture, a gas barbecue, a multisport field, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table and tennis on synthetic turf. The outbuilding houses an additional bedroom with private shower room and views over the park.
Things to note
Pool safety: the heated pool is secured by an electric shutter, but we recommend that young children be supervised at all times.
Pets are welcome.
Exterior
Stay in this superb 260 m² dry-stone Provencal villa, nestled in the heart of a 10,000 m² landscaped and fenced park. Enjoy several relaxation areas with garden furniture, gas barbecue and shaded terrace accessible from the living room and kitchen. Sports enthusiasts will be delighted: tennis on synthetic turf, multisport court (basketball, badminton, soccer), pétanque and table tennis. A secure children's area is also available. The 9x5 m heated swimming pool, with 1 m deck and safety shutter, invites you to relax. A shower and WC are located in the pool-house for added comfort.
Pool
Heated 9 x 5-meter pool, open from April to October, up to 2 meters deep with 1-meter deck, surrounded by deckchairs and secured by a shutter. Access to pool-house with shower and WC.

Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
The villa combines Provencal charm with modern comfort. The large bay windows offer plenty of light and views over the park. The contemporary living room features a TV and fireplace, while the kitchen opens onto the dining room and is fully equipped.

This charming property can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 air-conditioned bedrooms.
First floor:
Bedroom 1: with two single beds, (90x200cm) its own shower room, access to the terrace. This room has a television. Separate WC.
Bedroom 2: with a double bed (180x200cm), this room has a television and access to the pool terrace. Separate shower room and toilet.
