Nestled in unspoilt natural surroundings, the property extends over a magnificent 2000 m² plot. The carefully landscaped garden offers several areas for relaxation, including a shaded terrace, sunbathing areas and a dining area with barbecue. Perfect for families or groups of friends, the villa also has ample private parking and welcomes pets. Only a few minutes' walk from the village, it perfectly combines tranquility and proximity.
A real invitation to relax, the private heated pool blends harmoniously into the landscape. Its generous dimensions (4 x 10.5 m) make it ideal for both swimming and relaxing. Secured by an electric shutter, it's the ideal place to relax and unwind. Lined with deckchairs and parasols, it quickly becomes the heart of summer life, facing an exceptional unobstructed view.

Designed to combine contemporary elegance with absolute comfort, the villa offers bright, well-designed living spaces with underfloor cooling on the ground floor and air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs. The sleeping areas are thoughtfully arranged: one bedroom on the ground floor, three in the left wing accessed by one staircase, and a fifth in the right wing via a separate staircase. Though independent, all remain accessible from the main house, ensuring both privacy and fluidity. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while the fully equipped open kitchen and wine cellar invite relaxed, convivial living.
