The exterior is a veritable Provencal jewel-case of greenery, fully fenced in for added peace and quiet. Around the villa, a well-kept garden opens onto a shaded terrace in exotic wood, ideal for relaxing or sharing meals al fresco. Several sun loungers and a barbecue area (charcoal and gas plancha) complete this pleasant, functional setting.
Behind the house, a well-kept vegetable garden allows you to pick herbs, vegetables and other garden delights, adding an authentic and convivial touch to the experience. Private parking and a carport are available on site, as is an outdoor shower for cooling off after a swim.

The private pool is one of the villa’s main attractions. Measuring 5 × 10 m, with a flat bottom and access steps, it features a saltwater system and is equipped with an electric safety cover. The pool can be heated from May 1 through September 30, offering a pleasant, extended swimming season in a peaceful setting.
Surrounded by laurel trees, the landscaped sun deck invites you to relax in the sun or enjoy a moment of cool respite in the shade.
Completely renovated in 2026, the pool now combines comfort, safety, and aesthetics for moments of relaxation in complete serenity.
