Pool security: the pool is secured by an electric shutter.
Air conditioning: theentire house is air-conditioned and heated.
Access to the house is difficult for large vehicles.

Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.

Each room has been carefully designed to create a warm, elegant atmosphere. Natural materials blend harmoniously with contemporary furnishings. The spacious, light-filled living room, with its large picture windows, offers a view of the garden. The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with family and friends.
