The house is set in surroundings dominated by countryside landscapes and rolling hills, with vegetation framing the view. The atmosphere changes with the light, from quiet mornings to late afternoons before the massif.
Renovated in 2023, the villa offers 200 m² (2,153 sq ft). The entirely new plumbing and electrical installations form part of a carefully executed renovation. This work gives the house a contemporary coherence without drawing attention away from its surroundings. The property thus combines proximity to village amenities, the character of the Alpilles landscape and a recent restoration whose details are discovered on site.
Exterior
The 9,636 m² (2.38 acres) grounds combine a pine grove with a Mediterranean garden planted with local species. A shaded terrace extends from the house. Automatic irrigation uses canal water, while the property also benefits from mains water. A garden shed and technical room complete the amenities.

The ground floor comprises a principal suite, a second suite with shower, and two bedrooms sharing a shower room. Upstairs, a fifth attic bedroom has its own shower room. This layout separates the sleeping areas while accommodating family and guests.
