For sports and relaxation enthusiasts, there's everything you need: fitness room, pétanque court, swimming pool, ping-pong table and many other facilities. For convivial moments, a barbecue equipped with a rotisserie function and a plancha is available. A parking area can accommodate up to five vehicles. Several terraces, shaded by canisses, offer the perfect spot to relax or share a meal under a pergola, while enjoying the exceptional setting.

Inside, this superb property of over 350 m² offers spacious, perfectly laid-out living spaces. A vast living area includes an open-plan kitchen and a large living room with fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including two ovens, hobs, a microwave oven, two refrigerators including an American model with ice maker, a blender, a steamer, a toaster, a KitchenAid food processor and a kettle. A utility room completes the space, with two washing machines and a tumble dryer.
