What we like
In the heart of the Montagnette, just a few minutes from Boulbon and numerous hiking trails, this recently renovated country house accommodates ten guests in five bedrooms with five bathrooms. Fully air-conditioned, the property spans three hectares of enclosed grounds, nestled among olive trees, garrigue, and the rolling hills of Provence. Its numerous terraces, separate studio, and heated pool offer an ideal setting for gathering with family or friends.
Location: three hectares of garden surrounding the farmhouse, where olive trees and Mediterranean flora blend into the landscapes of the Montagnette.
The terraces: several outdoor living spaces for sharing meals throughout the day, reading in the shade, or extending your evenings in the mild Provençal climate.
The studio: a space connected to the main house but featuring a separate entrance, ideal for guests who wish to maintain their privacy.
Please note
Pool safety: The pool is equipped with an electric cover but is not fenced in. Therefore, extra caution is required when young children are present.
The master bedroom (1) is located on the first floor, and its private bathroom is on the ground floor.

Exterior
The farmhouse enjoys a privileged setting within a three-hectare enclosed garden filled with trees, including olive trees and Mediterranean flora, offering beautiful views of the Montagnette.
The terraces extend the house and offer views of the garden and its various fountains.
Just outside the kitchen, a south-facing terrace is perfect for al fresco dining. On the north side, a shaded terrace combines a dining area with an outdoor lounge, complete with a plancha grill and a pizza oven for outdoor cooking.
Set below the garden level, an outdoor lounge features wide built-in stone benches lined with cushions, arranged around a coffee table situated under a large umbrella. This space offers a welcoming setting for sharing an aperitif.
The well-lit pétanque court and ping-pong table provide entertainment throughout the day, while the private parking lot can accommodate six vehicles.
Pool
Measuring 12.5 meters long by 4 meters wide, the private pool is the perfect size for swimming or cooling off after a walk. Treated with salt and 1.50 meters deep, it blends naturally into the garden and is flanked by fountains.
The lounge chairs and umbrellas arranged around the pool invite you to linger by the water with a book in hand. Open from April through October, the pool can be heated depending on the season, for an additional fee.

Outside these periods, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
Recently renovated, this 285 m² home combines the character of a Provençal farmhouse with the comfort of a fully air-conditioned home. The entry hall leads to a spacious living area where the unfinished hardwood floors, the fireplace, and the bookcase create a welcoming atmosphere. The living room and dining room open onto the terraces, allowing the living spaces to flow seamlessly into the garden.
The open kitchen, equipped with a Lacanche range, is perfect for preparing delicious meals and gathering around a large table. In the evening, the projector transforms the living room into a movie theater. An upstairs office provides a quiet space to retreat to.
This property accommodates up to ten people in five air-conditioned bedrooms, with five bathrooms: the master bedroom is located on the first floor, while the other four bedrooms are on the ground floor.
The adjoining studio apartment completes the layout, featuring a kitchenette, a living room with a TV, and a bedroom upstairs. Its separate exterior entrance allows its occupants to enjoy privacy while maintaining a direct connection to the main house.
