History: Originally, this farmhouse was an olive oil mill built in 1738 on a field with over 300 olive trees, at the foot of the Alpilles mountain range.

Exterior
This vast 3.5-hectare French-style garden is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery and open lawns that create a serene and spacious atmosphere. At its heart are a round fountain and a water lily pond, which add a peaceful and picturesque element to the landscape. A well-tended vegetable garden adds a touch of rustic charm, providing fresh produce for the property. An 18th-century chapel stands gracefully on the grounds, lending a sense of history and reverence to the space.
The property also features a chicken coop, while horses graze nearby, further enhancing the estate’s pastoral charm. For recreation, guests can enjoy a tennis court, a pétanque court, and a ping-pong table, catering to a variety of interests and activities.
Dining al fresco is a delight under the shaded pergola, with a large table that seats up to 18 people, complemented by additional patio tables and chairs for more intimate gatherings. A gas grill is also available, ideal for outdoor meals in this beautiful setting.
Pool
The pool lounge features several comfortable HERVE BAUME seating pieces, including a four-seater sofa, two three-seater sofas, and two ottomans. For sunbathing and relaxing, there are six single lounge chairs, two double lounge chairs, and three umbrellas for shade. The pool bar is equipped with a refrigerator, perfect for keeping cold drinks within easy reach.

Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
On the ground floor of the farmhouse, with 4-meter-high ceilings, you’ll find a spacious 170 m² living room opening onto the garden, featuring comfortable sofas, antique tables, works of art, vaulted ceilings and arches, as well as a large stone fireplace. A 32 m² bar-library with a leather-and-velvet ambiance and a dining room featuring a large oval Baxter table in dark walnut. A kitchen-dining area with a gray marble island, a range, and a wine cellar, as well as a second kitchen. A guest restroom and a bathroom with a toilet dedicated to the pool area complete the ground floor. The upper floor is accessed by an elevator or via the grand marble staircase in the entry hall, illuminated by a Murano crystal chandelier. On the first floor, there are 8 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own limestone bathroom. High ceilings, large windows, and curtains made from natural fabrics by Pierre Frey, De la Cuena, or Elitis. Natural plaster finishes made from clay, sand, lime, and natural pigments. High-end bedding, including mattresses made of horsehair, wool, and latex. On the second floor, guests can unwind in the spa, which features a sauna, a massage room, and a fitness, yoga, and relaxation area.
Bedrooms
The first floor features the eight guest rooms, a movie theater, a laundry room, and an on-site gift shop. Each guest room is equipped with air conditioning, a smart TV with Netflix and Apple TV, a hair dryer, slippers, and bathrobes. The mattresses are made from carefully selected natural materials, ensuring comfort and quality.
Room 1: This 18-square-meter double room features a private stone bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a king-size bed (180x200 cm). The room offers a breathtaking view of the Château des Baux and the surrounding fields. The 7 m² bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a double sink, and a toilet.
Bedroom 2: This 24 m² double bedroom features an en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a super king-size bed (185x215 cm). The room offers a beautiful view of the natural surroundings and the surrounding fields. It is also equipped with a minibar and a Nespresso coffee machine. The spacious 11 m² bathroom features a walk-in shower, a double sink, and a toilet.
Room 3: This 24 m² double room features an en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a super king-size bed (185x215 cm). The room offers a beautiful view of the garden and features a decorative fireplace that adds to its charm. It is also equipped with a minibar and a Nespresso coffee machine. The 8 m² bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a double sink, and a separate toilet.
Bedroom 4: This 18-square-meter double bedroom features a private bathroom, a closet, and a king-size bed (180x200 cm). The room offers a serene view of nature and the surrounding fields. The 8 m² bathroom includes a shower, a double sink, and a toilet.
Bedroom 5: This spacious 35 m² double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, a closet, and a luxurious king-size canopy bed (185x215 cm). The room includes a comfortable sitting area, a desk, and a Nespresso coffee machine. It offers a magnificent view of the garden, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The 10 m² bathroom is equipped with a shower, a stunning copper bathtub, a double sink, and a toilet.
Room 6: This 20 m² double room features a private bathroom and a versatile double bed that can be separated into two single beds (90x200 cm). The room includes a desk and offers a beautiful view of the garden. The 4-square-meter bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
Room 7: This 23 m² double room features a private bathroom and a luxurious super king-size canopy bed (185x215 cm). The room includes a desk and offers a beautiful view of the garden. The 4 m² bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. If necessary, this room can be directly connected to Room 6.
Room 8: This 25 m² double room features a private bathroom, a king-size bed (180x200 cm), and a walk-in closet. The room includes a comfortable sitting area, a desk, a safe, and a Nespresso coffee machine. It offers a magnificent view of the garden and features an 18 m² private terrace overlooking the lush greenery. The spacious 13 m² bathroom is equipped with a shower, a double sink, and a toilet.
