Pool safety: the pool has an electric shutter, but we recommend that young children in the vicinity are supervised at all times.

Exterior

Mas de la Calade offers a true art of outdoor living. Its spacious terrace opens onto a landscaped garden with large garden furniture, a solid wood table for convivial meals, a gas barbecue and large parasols. An elegant pergola by the pool invites you to relax, while the boulodrome, dartboard and top-level fitness area turn every day into an unforgettable experience.

Pool

At the heart of the garden is a superb square swimming pool with a wide deck, ideal for children and adults alike. Heated on request, it can be adapted to suit all seasons. Relax under the adjoining pergola or on the sunbathing deckchairs, and enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool or a moment of idleness.

Outside these periods, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.

Interior

As soon as you enter, you'll discover a house bathed in light thanks to large windows opening onto the terrace and garden. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen, complemented by a scullery, lends itself to gourmet meals. The living room with fireplace and refined dining room create a warm and friendly atmosphere. The house has 4 spacious bedrooms (2 on the first floor and 2 upstairs), designed to accommodate up to 8 people in absolute comfort.

This charming house can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 ensuite bedrooms, all with air-conditioning for your comfort.

First floor:
Bedroom 1: double bed (180 x 200 cm) with dressing area, en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, double washbasin and separate WC.
Bedroom 2: with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.

Bedroom 3's en-suite bathroom is on the first floor, with shower, basin and WC.

Second floor:
Bedroom 3: with four single beds (90 x 200 cm). Its private bathroom is on the first floor.
Bedroom 4: with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
