What we like
Outdoors: this villa has plenty of places to relax with a glass of wine in the sun or shade.
Location: perfectly situated a 23-minute walk from the center of the beautiful village of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.
Heated pool: there's no need to cut your vacation short if the weather turns cooler!
Please note
Terraced garden: due to the terraces at different levels, we recommend that children are supervised when outdoors. This villa may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Pool security: the pool is secured by an electric roller shutter, but always supervise young children in and around the pool.
Exterior
This semi-detached but entirely private house is set in 800 m² of land and benefits from a garden with independent gate. It features a heated swimming pool, pool house, summer kitchen and Green Egg barbecue. Extensive terraces on different levels, including a large 90 m² terrace equipped with outdoor lounges, table, chairs and parasols, offer plenty of space for relaxation. The landscaped garden features century-old oaks, a multitude of rose bushes, aromatic herbs and colorful flowers.
Pool
The 7 × 5 m private pool is ideal for soaking up the Provencal sun. It is secured by an electric roller shutter and can be heated from early May to late September. Sun loungers and pool towels are provided for optimum comfort.
The 21 m² sheltered pool house is equipped with a Green Egg barbecue, sink, refrigerator, table and chairs. A separate bathroom area completes the ensemble, with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 May to 30 September: included
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
The 150 m² villa features three double bedrooms with individual bathrooms. On the first floor, a large living/dining room with fireplace opens onto a vast terrace, while the fully equipped kitchen invites you to share convivial moments. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi, and also has a laundry room for added convenience. Perfect for hosting a family or group of friends, it combines modernity, elegance and practicality.

The Bastides are equipped with bed linen, bathrobes, bath towels and welcome products.

Depending on the needs, we can intervene more often, this service will be invoiced €25 per hour.
