The house has been designed to take full advantage of the Provencal climate. You'll find a swimming pool, several terraces, garden furniture, as well as a Weber barbecue and a plancha for outdoor meals.
Various relaxation areas are spread around the house, to suit every moment of the day: sofa areas, garden furniture set on a slightly raised grassy area, deckchairs for relaxing and a convivial dining area.
At the rear of the property, a gate provides direct access to footpaths, a real plus for lovers of hiking and nature walks.

Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
The main house
Upstairs, you'll find a lovely, bright living room with audio system, and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms, each with a 160 cm bed and built-in storage. A large bathroom with double washbasin, bath and walk-in shower completes this floor, as does a separate toilet.
The living room opens onto a large terrace with a superb view of the Alpilles, ideal for breakfasts or sunset dinners.
The independent studio on the first floor
This studio has a double bed (or two single beds, depending on the desired configuration), a library and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the crockery you need to enjoy meals by the pool. It also includes a shower room, separate WC and laundry room.
