Interior
This vacation rental is perfect for a family or a group of friends. On the first floor, you'll find an authentic dining room with fireplace, a cosy living room with TV, a separate toilet, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, and a 30m² bedroom with a double bathroom with shower & whirlpool bath and a private toilet. The second floor includes three further double bedrooms, two WCs (one independent) and two independent bathrooms. The third double bedroom also has a mezzanine with double bed, ideal for children.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE LESSEE
- During the absence of the tenant (even short) from the accommodation, the latter will ensure that all doors, windows and exits are locked, shutters closed and the alarm system activated Mandatory.
If these precautions were not respected, in the event of a break-in, the lessor will take criminal action against the lessee, and the lessee's liability would be entire and called into question as well as his personal insurance.
- The Lessee will not be able to exercise any recourse against the Lessor in the event of theft or damage to the rented premises.
- He must avoid any noise likely to disturb the neighborhood, in particular those emitted by radio sound equipment, television, children's cries and others.
- Parties, lively evenings, receptions are strictly prohibited.
- It will respect the maximum number of people declared when booking who can enter the premises. Any person from outside their household and/or exceeding the limit of people declared at the time of booking is strictly prohibited from entering the property.
- The Lessee undertakes not to leave the lights or other electrical appliances on in his absence or while he is sleeping so as not to overconsume electricity unnecessarily. Same commitment for water.
