The restaurant
The Prao restaurant features fresh Mediterranean cuisine, built around local, seasonal produce. The menu offers a selection of starters to share, such as house-smoked salmon with beet hummus or pickled vegetables, as well as well-balanced, easy-to-read dishes.
These include rigatoni with truffle, filet of Saint-Pierre meunière with Menton lemon, grilled vegetable tabbouleh and Rossini-style beef chuck confit. The menu is rounded off with homemade desserts, a simple, gourmet approach in keeping with the spirit of the place.
