The restaurant seats around 80 guests, with additional seating at the bar, an area particularly appreciated for its convivial atmosphere. This setting allows the bartender to interact directly with customers and participate fully in the dining experience. The atmosphere evolves throughout the week, from gentle to festive. Wednesday evenings are punctuated by popular karaoke evenings, while Saturdays feature the 80s with "Disco Fever" evenings, attracting a varied clientele in a relaxed, festive atmosphere. Music also accompanies every evening throughout the season.

In terms of cuisine, Maimo seeks to surprise its guests with dishes that are out of the ordinary. While beef wellington has long been a signature dish, lobster is now one of the most popular specialties. The menu features carefully selected products and a cuisine designed to offer a genuine moment of sharing.

Behind this success also lies a story of resilience. In 2023, just as the team was finalizing the acquisition of Maimo, its sister restaurant Prao was hit by a fire in the middle of the season. Despite the difficulties, the family and teams rallied together with determination. Much of the work was carried out in-house, further strengthening the ties that now bind the entire project together.
