Set in a wilder, less developed setting, the beach retains a discreet, authentic character. Far from the more developed facilities of the coastline, it favors a simple approach, focused on landscape and tranquility.

The restaurant

The cuisine is based on fresh, seasonal produce, with a rigorous selection of raw materials. Seafood plays an important role, with dishes featuring lobster, crayfish and wild fish such as gilthead bream. This approach allows us to offer an evolving menu, directly linked to available resources.

Meat dishes include onglet, lamb chops, picanha and prime rib. Preparations are kept deliberately simple, to preserve the quality and taste of the products.

Mediterranean-inspired dishes such as squid, grilled octopus, burrata and vitello tonnato complete the offering. The result is a well-balanced cuisine focused on freshness and clear flavors, in keeping with the natural surroundings.
