The chef offers Provençal-inspired cuisine, based on regional products such as fish from Grau-du-Roi, trout from Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, pork from Mont Ventoux and lamb from Crau. Meals are served around a "table d'hôtes", in a limited-capacity room with exposed stone walls, to ensure structured service. A rooftop terrace completes the offer with a simpler proposition, allowing guests to enjoy an unobstructed view over the village rooftops.
