Exteriors designed for relaxation: The terraced garden leads to a secluded saltwater swimming pool and a variety of outdoor spaces, all facing the sea.
Privileged location: Situated on the heights of Le Trayas, in the Estérel massif, just a few minutes' walk from the sea.

Exterior
The villa opens onto a series of terraces designed to take full advantage of the Côte d'Azur climate. At the front, a large shaded terrace invites you to dine while admiring the sea. At the rear, a second terrace leads to a Mediterranean terraced garden, extended by relaxation and play areas for children. The plancha grill and carefully designed outdoor furniture allow you to adapt every moment of the day to your mood. The entire plot faces the sea, without overlooking, for absolute comfort.
Pool
Set back from the garden, the saltwater pool blends discreetly into the natural landscape. Surrounded by vegetation, it offers a peaceful, protected setting, with the sea as its only horizon. Deckchairs invite you to relax, whether for sunbathing or a siesta in the shade. Thanks to its ideal exposure, the pool is sunny for most of the day, perfect for swimming at any time of day.
Interior
The interior volumes have been designed to create an atmosphere that is both warm and functional. The living room, bathed in light thanks to large bay windows, is organized around several areas: a reading corner, a bow window facing the sea, a convivial dining room and a lounge. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen harmoniously extends this open space. The four double bedrooms offer comfort and privacy, with direct access to the terraces for three of them and unobstructed sea views. The décor combines refinement, natural materials and touches of color, in a resolutely Mediterranean spirit.
