Club 55

Located on Ramatuelle's Pampelonne beach, Club 55 is set in an unspoilt natural environment of light-colored sand, Mediterranean vegetation and umbrella pines. The atmosphere is both simple and welcoming, true to the spirit of the place since its creation in 1955. A warm, spontaneous welcome is provided by an attentive team who cultivate a relaxed, friendly, almost family atmosphere.

On the beach, the facilities are discreet and comfortable. Light-colored mattresses are laid out directly on the sand, facing the sea and protected by white parasols. The whole setting invites you to enjoy the unadorned surroundings, lulled by the sound of the waves and the sea breeze, in a calm, unspoilt atmosphere.

The restaurant blends naturally into a pine forest, with large white canvases stretched between the trees to create shaded areas. The light wood furnishings are complemented by touches of blue, reminiscent of the coastline. Access is via a discreet path lined with vegetation, reinforcing the confidential and authentic character of the place, where nature remains the central element.

The cuisine features simple, regional products, worked with precision. At the start of the meal, you'll find specialties such as anchoïade accompanied by farmhouse bread and crudités, Ventoux ham and local preparations such as feuilletés de Ramatuelle and tagliatelle de petit épeautre.

Salads are varied and generous, inspired by the surrounding environment and seasonal produce. Main courses offer a balance of meat and fish: roast chicken with tarragon, grilled leg of lamb, escalope Milanaise or beef tartare on the land side, while the sea expresses itself through grilled sardines, sole meunière or gambas. The menu also evolves according to the catch of the day, with wild fish selected according to arrivals.

Desserts follow the same logic of controlled simplicity, with classics such as red fruit tarte tropézienne, chocolate cake and fresh fruit platters.
