Located on the heights of Puyloubier, at the foot of Sainte-Victoire, this restaurant is housed in a renovated Provencal farmhouse, with an unobstructed view over the valley. Chef Julien Courtin offers seasonal cuisine based on carefully selected produce. The menu includes beef matured on site, as well as dishes inspired by local produce. These include tuna ceviche with grilled vegetables and veal liver served with homemade gnocchi. The restaurant has a shaded terrace, and rooms are also available for on-site stays.
