Pool security : the pool is secured by a fence, but for young children, supervision is recommended at all times.
Located on a vineyard estate, the villa offers a selection of services on request to enhance your stay: private tour of the winery and wine tasting, electric bike rental, in-home chef or catering service, massages, breakfast delivery, and access to the tennis court.
The tennis court is shared with 3 villas.
Exterior
Sheltered from view and accessible by a private road more than two kilometers long, the bastide is set in the heart of the winegrowing estate, surrounded by vines and woods. The vast, verdant grounds invite you to relax and contemplate. A large covered terrace provides shade for meals around a twelve-cover table, with a plancha available for convivial al fresco dining.
The petanque court, perfectly integrated into the natural environment, extends the moments of typical Provencal pleasure. Every outdoor space has been designed to encourage interaction, while preserving areas conducive to calm and privacy.
Pool
The outdoor swimming pool (12X5), fully secured, is a central space for relaxation. With its generous dimensions of twelve by five metres, it's ideal for family swims, games with the kids or morning laps. The perfectly landscaped surroundings invite you to read, rest or simply enjoy the silence of the surrounding countryside.

Interior
Behind its blond stone walls, this 350 m² bastide offers a friendly, refined atmosphere. The entrance opens onto a vast, light-filled living room, furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, ideal for gatherings with family or friends. The discreet elegance of the furnishings complements the generosity of the space, while a separate television area invites you to enjoy moments of calm or entertainment in complete privacy.
The fully-equipped kitchen will delight gourmets, with everything needed for tasty meals shared in a dining room that can accommodate up to ten guests. A functional laundry room completes the ensemble for optimal day-to-day comfort. The entire house is air-conditioned, connected via Wi-Fi, and designed to accommodate up to twelve guests in a neat, soothing setting.
