Experience Provence like never before with Margot - one of the newest members of the Provence Holidays team and part of the exciting opening of our brand-new agency in Sainte-Maxime.

From flyering and developing experience content for our website to coordinating teams on photo shoots, Margot brings energy and a genuine love of people to everything she does.

Get to know Margot

What inspired Margot to join Provence Holidays was the diversity of experiences and opportunities the company offers - and the chance to be part of something brand new. She particularly enjoys working with people, building relationships and being part of a dynamic environment, and was especially motivated by the opening of the Sainte-Maxime agency. Being involved in the development of a new branch, she says, is both exciting and rewarding. As the project grows, so does her role: so far she has turned her hand to flyering, creating and developing experience content for the Provence Holidays website, and coordinating teams during photo shoots. Her background is wonderfully varied. Margot originally studied sport before travelling and taking on seasonal jobs along the way, gaining experience in tourism as an entertainer and in the restaurant industry. She has also worked as a sports instructor and even ran her own business in gardening and interior renovation before joining Provence Holidays - a journey that gives her a refreshingly hands-on, people-first perspective.

"What I love most about the South of France is the diversity of its landscapes. Between the sea, the mountains, and the lakes, there is always somewhere beautiful to explore and escape to." - Margot

Why the South of France

Originally from Haute-Savoie, Margot moved to the Gard region when she was younger before settling in the Var, where she has now lived for around 15 years - a region she feels deeply connected to. What she loves most about the South of France is the sheer diversity of its landscapes: between the sea, the mountains and the lakes, there is always somewhere beautiful to explore and escape to. As someone who genuinely loves nature, she feels it is the perfect place to call home. Today she lives in Draguignan, a small, quiet town ideally placed close to many beautiful Provençal villages - making it easy to enjoy the charm, authenticity and peaceful lifestyle of the region.

Her favourite family-friendly villa | Domaine Three Lakes

One of Margot’s favourite properties - is Domaine Three Lakes, which she feels offers everything you could look for in a holiday home. Its spacious layout, peaceful setting and sense of privacy allow families to truly relax and enjoy quality time together. Having a lake nearby adds a rare and calming dimension, making it an ideal place to create unforgettable family memories.

One of Margot’s favourite places to eat is Les Petits Galets, which she loves for its fresh cuisine, quality ingredients and daily catch straight from local fishing. The setting is just as exceptional - a relaxed “feet in the sand” atmosphere that perfectly captures the South of France lifestyle. Her recommendation: the sea bream served with truffle mashed potatoes and vegetables - a dish that is both refined and delicious.
