Auberge de Noves
The Alpilles > Noves
Set in a Provencal manor house surrounded by its own park, this restaurant offers a quiet setting on the southern outskirts of Avignon. The property reflects the character of traditional regional homes, with dining rooms overlooking the garden.
Chef Robert Lalleman focuses on local ingredients and presents dishes made from carefully selected produce. His cooking combines classic techniques with a restrained approach that keeps the ingredients at the center of each plate.
The result is a menu shaped by local produce and prepared with precision and balance.
Set in fifteen hectares of parkland, this Provencal manor house has been run by the Lalleman family for three generations. The property includes a hotel with twenty-three individually decorated rooms and a swimming pool, offering a peaceful setting on the outskirts of Avignon. The restaurant offers a menu inspired by regional produce and Provencal culinary traditions, complemented by influences from other cuisines. The wine list includes a wide selection designed to accompany the dishes served. Specialties include whole foie gras served with citre melon jam, roast rack of lamb with rosemary cream, roast farm pigeon on a fine olive and fig tart, and monkfish tail with crisp vegetables and anchovy vinaigrette.
