Former 17th-century farm buildings completely renovated in 2024, with 11 rooms. Each room has reversible air conditioning, private sanitary facilities and wifi. The site includes a large professional kitchen and bar, convivial lounges, a spacious garden with swimming pool, pool house and leisure facilities. Located in La Bastide-d'Engras, less than 10 km from Uzès, it's an ideal setting for families, friends or events.
Exterior
The estate opens onto several outdoor lounges pleasantly arranged around a flower-filled courtyard, with pergola, misting, gas plancha and shaded tables. There's ample private parking and plenty of space for relaxing or dining al fresco.
Pool
The 120 m² garden features a 9m x 4m swimming pool with a uniform depth of 1.4 m, exposed to full sun from morning to evening, surrounded by deckchairs. The pool-house houses a ping-pong table (convertible into a yoga or gym room). A petanque court and badminton area complete the outdoor activities.
Interior
The main living area includes a large professional kitchen used and validated by a 2-star chef, with two ovens, two dishwashers, ice maker, industrial glass washer and beverage pump (beer, wine, sparkling water). A wine cellar is available for convivial tastings. In the center, a wooden table seats up to 24 people. A lounge with fireplace, pool table and bar area complete the interior.
Bedrooms
11 well-insulated, air-conditioned rooms with blackout curtains. All (except one classic double room and one room with 4 adjustable beds) offer single or double beds, depending on configuration. Most rooms have their own bathroom and WC, and open onto quiet, flower-filled spaces within the inner courtyard.
