Domaine Grands Puys
Located at the foot of Mont Ventoux, this estate covers 34 hectares spread over several hillsides, offering a diversity of soils combining clay, limestone, sand and gravel.
The vineyard benefits from a specific microclimate, marked by warm days and cooler nights, favoring gradual ripening of the grapes.
Vineyard management is based on organic practices, complemented by methods inspired by traditional techniques, such as the use of green manure, mulching and plant preparations.
The overall aim is to preserve the balance of the soil and support the development of the vines, in order to obtain wines with supple, well-balanced profiles.
The estate, structured in its current form since 2019, is the result of a new generation's consolidation of family lands.
Today, the fourth generation is fully involved in the business, continuing to develop the estate while respecting inherited practices.
The work is based on an attentive approach at every stage, with a desire to reconcile traditional know-how with today's demands, in a logic of quality and continuity.
