Built in the 19th century, this residence is set in the Séguret area, a village listed among France’s most beautiful. It lies 7 km (4.3 miles) from Vaison-la-Romaine, in a natural setting that highlights the building’s long-standing presence. On the edge of the village, the address combines proximity to local amenities with a preserved atmosphere, in keeping with the property’s character.
The careful renovation carried out in the 1990s preserved the historic elegance of the mas while adapting it for contemporary use. With around 330 m² (3,552 sq ft) of living space, the property offers generous volumes and a layout designed for welcoming guests. The house is therefore suited to family life as well as a B&B project, a possibility envisaged for this property.
This combination of heritage, guest accommodation potential and proximity to Vaison-la-Romaine gives the property a distinctive identity, in continuity with its natural surroundings.
Exterior

Bathed in southern light, the living room with fireplace, television area and dining room form the reception rooms. The fitted kitchen includes a back kitchen, utility room and cellar; an office, toilet and access to the garage complete this level.
Bedrooms
The first floor comprises four en-suite bedrooms, each with a private shower room and separate toilet. On the second floor, a fifth suite stands out with its mezzanine arranged beneath the eaves. This layout across the floors suits both family use and the organisation of a B&B.
