Location: just 2 km from the beautiful village of Maussane-les-Alpilles, this mas is a 3-minute drive from the village, which offers a multitude of stores, cafés and restaurants.

On the ground floor of this fully-renovated, 230 m2 property, you will find an open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge, and a dining area. From here, you have direct access to the shaded terrace which leads to the heated swimming pool. There is also one air-conditioned and ensuite bedroom on the ground floor, ideally suited for those who prefer to avoid climbing stairs. Upstairs, you will find four air-conditioned double bedrooms, two of which share a bathroom. The style of this Mas is uncomplicated and modern; its elegance speaks for itself.
