Air conditioned Holiday Villa in the South of France for 10 people with a private heated pool. Walking distance to the beach with it's own mooring this holiday villa is ideally located with amazing views and within easy reach to the town.
Heated swimming pool: ideal for the cooler months.
Shaded terrace: a pergola was recently installed to enjoy the outdoors sheltered from the wind and the sun, while admiring the breathtaking view of the sea, a pizza oven is also available!
Walking distance to the beach: Just a few steps from the beach. You even have your own towpath.
Air conditioning: perfect when the sea breeze is not enough...
Parking: the villa is located in a large park closed by an electric gate and with very beautiful villas, the Parc de la Cote Bleue, there is visitor parking at the entrance to the park 100m from the villa for around thirty car, as regards the villa itself 3 parking spaces available: 2 in the street which borders the villa, one within the grounds of the villa.
Pool security: The pool is secured by an automatic shutter in accordance with regulations . For young children, additional supervision is always advised. The installed shutter is submerged: these are assembled blades which slide over the edge of the water, perfectly matching the shapes of the swimming pool without distorting it. The swimming pool section is therefore very aesthetic.

The WiFi has recently been upgraded to fibre optic, allowing for a fast internet connection of up to 400Mb/s, great for watching movies and making video calls.
In addition to the rigorous cleaning protocol, ozonation is now being performed between rentals. This is an incredibly sophisticated sanitisation method that is typically used in hospitals and laboratories. Ozone is a gas that is capable of destroying bacteria and viruses that may be present on any objects or surfaces across the villa as well as disinfecting the air conditioning units.
